What I Do
I recognize that each person is unique and provide an individualized approach to treating patients that is comprehensive. What drew me towards naturopathic medicine is to identify and treat the root cause of disease. My "detective hat" is always on as I try to put the pieces of the health puzzle together so we can get to the root cause of your health concerns and get you feeling your best.
A gentle, compassionate soul by nature, I meet my patients where they are in an understanding, supportive and non-judgmental way.
My mission is to help empower and educate my patients on their health journey. I am honoured to have the opportunity to share my passion and improve the health of those in my community.
When I'm not at the office, you can find me hanging out with my amazing husband and son, lifting weights, hiking, listening to music, playing piano and drinking tea.
What to Expect
You can expect to be heard, understood and supported.
My Education and Credentials
I completed the rigorous 4-year, accredited naturopathic program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, graduating with honours in 2011. Prior to studying naturopathic medicine, I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology and premedical science studies at the University of Ottawa. I have also completed additional training and examination to get prescribing rights in the province of Ontario. I am registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and I am a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
